PRE-TREATMENT TEETH WHITENING INSTRUCTIONS
Teeth Whitening results may vary for implants, fillings and caps. The highest achievable result for such cases would be back to their original state upon installation.

POST-TREATMENT CARE FOR TEETH WHITENING
Avoid any dark staining drinks like Tea, Coffee, Red Wine, coloured soft or alcoholic drinks and fruit juice.
Avoid all dark staining foods like bolognaise, soy sauce, red meat, chocolate and all fruit except bananas.
Avoid any foods or drinks that would leave a stain on a white shirt.
No Smoking for 24 hours, smoking a cigarette within the first 24 Hours will stain your teeth
Moderate use of electronic cigarettes is OK.
Avoid coloured toothpaste (red or blue) or Mouthwash for 24 hours.

Teeth whitening may not be suitable for clients who are pregnant or nursing, under the recommended age for treatment, have untreated cavities, active gum disease, significant tooth sensitivity, recent oral surgery, or dental restorations in highly visible areas that may not whiten the same way as natural teeth. A consultation is recommended before treatment to determine whether teeth whitening is appropriate for your smile goals.
Who Is Teeth Whitening Best For?
Professional teeth whitening may be a good option for clients who want to improve the appearance of surface stains, yellowing, or dull-looking teeth caused by coffee, tea, red wine, smoking, aging, or general lifestyle habits. It is commonly booked before weddings, vacations, graduations, photoshoots, holidays, and special events.
Teeth whitening is best suited for natural teeth. Crowns, veneers, bonding, fillings, and implants may not whiten beyond their original shade, which is why a consultation is recommended before treatment

We use professional grade non-peroxide gel. Most people feel no pain or sensitivity whatsoever after sessions. A small percentage of clients may feel some tooth sensitivity, especially if they are dehydrated or consume very cold/hot foods or drinks within two hours after the whitening session. Any sensitivity is typically short term and gone within 24-48 hours. We do offer solutions for those that are concerned about sensitivity.

The teeth whitening gel will remove staining from existing dental work and take it back to the original color- but no whiter than the original color of the crown, veneer, or filling. Our goal is to have the process clean up the existing dental work and whiten the natural teeth to match for a nice even smile. The process cannot whiten them beyond the original color of the material used at the time of placement.

This varies from person to person and depends on your diet and lifestyle. However, with proper post-treatment maintenance, using the after care kit the treatment can last up to 6 months.

We recommend booking your teeth whitening treatment at least a few days before a special event. This allows any temporary sensitivity to settle and gives you time to follow post-treatment care instructions. For weddings, graduations, vacations, or photoshoots, many clients choose to whiten their teeth 1–2 weeks before the event for a bright, refreshed smile.
